In a new edition of the Punta del Este Sunsets, last weekend’s sunset became even more memorable thanks to the presence of renowned DJ KENN, who shared his live performance with Uruguayan musical duo Piero Vittori and Horacio Arbiza. Together, they captivated the audience at Posto 5 beach bar, located at stop 5 of La Mansa.

Sunsets in Punta del Este are becoming one of the season’s most celebrated attractions, and this Tuesday (01/06/2026) the experience was elevated by the performance of KENN (DJ) and the duo Piero Vittori (violin) and Horacio Arbiza (accordion), Uruguayan artists who have gained recognition both locally and internationally for their versatile and dynamic approach to music.
From early in the afternoon, the esplanade of Posto 5 beach bar at stop 5 of La Mansa gradually filled with spectators eager to enjoy a day where landscape and music merged. The sunset setting, with the sun descending over the Atlantic Ocean horizon, provided the ideal backdrop for the performance.
The DJ, together with the duo—known for their onstage chemistry and a repertoire that blends classical and popular styles—delivered a performance full of sensitivity and energy, alternating pieces that took the audience from sweet melodies to more vibrant moments. The combination of Vittori’s violin, Arbiza’s accordion, and KENN’s music created moments that stayed with those in attendance, many of whom captured images and videos on their mobile phones.
Vittori and Arbiza met in 2018 and quickly consolidated a musical project that transcends genres and borders, even taking part in national television productions. KENN, meanwhile, began his career that same year.
Attendees highlighted the DJ’s sound quality and the duo’s ability to connect with the atmosphere of the venue, turning an already striking sunset into a fully immersive sensory experience. Amid applause and calls for “one more,” the performance came to a golden close as the sun finally disappeared beneath the waves.
